I had a trip earlier today and I had the worst experience with a driver since I been using uber. Here's what happened. I called the uber she comes to the building calls because she can't see me because she didn't pull up in front of the building. She calls and asks where i was we see each other then as i am talking to her and I see the vehicle i go to the steps to get to her. Mind you im disabled and was at my rehabilitation center. I started walking down the stairs and i see her pulling off. Im thinking shes turning around to pick me up. Well she did turn around looked me straight in my face and kept driving then cancel the ride in which I was charged a cancellation fee. The drivers name is Oreius and her vehicle was a Chevy Captiva. Tag number is ICB***. That was just plain and simple rude. I don't know if she kept going or not wanting to pick me up because I was black or disabled. Either way it was very rude and disrespectful. Don't ever pair me with this driver again.
