I have several problems with Uber and cannot find an appropriate way through their app or website to address my concerns. My concerns are these.**. There is no phone number to contact them**. There are uber charges on my american express bill for trips I did not take and also do not show up on the "My Trips" section. I want to discuss this with someone at Uber**. I live in Miami and speak English and often I get drivers who speak only Spanish. I don't know how to insure I get an a driver who speaks English.**. In the last few trips I did take, the drivers took the longest route possible. I have a severe problem with back pain and need the shortest route. If I know the route and the driver speaks English, I can re-direct them. Other wise I am at their mercy.**. Items * and * are the reasons I have stopped using uber except in an extreme emergency.
