The issue in GetHuman-esdione's own words
I requested Uber to pick me up at ****State RD *** to my home at **** Wyandotte Trl in Casselberry. The driver was William and he was to arrive in * minutes. I was following his arrival on my phone, so when it said arrived I was puzzeled because I didn't see the grey vehicle. Within the minute William called stating that he was outside. I asked him where was he because I was outside waiting and I didn't see him. He stated that he was at Chase Bank. I told him that I was at Pollo Tropical ( Chase Bank and Pollo Tropical are near each other separated by the parking lot.) While talking to him I continued looking for his vehicle but I didn't see it. I asked him if he was coming and he hung up his phone. I called him back but he didn't answer. When I went back to my Uber app I saw that William had cancelled me. I requested another ride. This mix up wasn't my fault. I don't know how William GPS routed him but I was just one building over which I told him. I was very hurt that he treated me in that manner.
