Hello, I requested a trip at *:**am this morning. The original charge was $**.**, which is a pending charge in my account. The Uber app, according to the driver, kept sending him to closed roads. I think he just had no idea how to get to the airport. What is normally a **-** minute ride to the airport took close to an hour. The driver seemed very confused and was driving in the wrong direction, at one point, putting me even farther away from the airport. He also had a fender bender with another car, so he had to stop to talk to the other driver, which took even more time. I then canceled my trip with the intention of getting a different driver. The original driver took me to the airport, and updated my receipt to an amount I was not charged: $**.**. I ended up missing my flight and unfortunately, had to cancel my travel plans. I would, at the very least, like a refund for the $**.**. This was a horrible experience.
