To whom this may concern,** I am writing this email to inform you of the less than satisfying service I have received from your business. Currently, I have been a customer of Uber for over ** years, so rather than receiving the treatment and service that not only I am use to, but I know your company expects of your employers, I have received the exact opposite. Yesterday night (*********) at **:** pm (around ** hours ago) I had rode in an uber with a driver named Jonathan who was driving an Acura MDX with the license plate of : T*****C. I had accidentally left my wallet which contains all my credit cards, gift cards, cash, id, medical id, car insurance, and more in his vehicle. I have tried calling and texting the driver over ** times and still have yet to receive a call back or even some type of response. This has led me to reaching out to uber on the app, who also have been unable to help me or even locate this driver. I have absolutely no idea how this possible with the app being entirely online and involving location services and maps??? In addition, I have also filed * police reports (all different precincts) against this driver because I know believe he has stolen my wallet, which would explain the lack of response. No one not even your company has been able to get in hold of him for ** hours straight. That is very suspicious on both his and Uber’s part. Also, due to this driver stealing my wallet I have been unable to move into my apartment that I just signed a lease for because of this issue which has resulted in me having to be temporarily homeless. I understand that all uber drivers are “contracted out” however, I hope by writing this email we can reach some sort of resolution of where I am able to retrieve my belongings. I have never had an issue with Uber until now.
