Hi,**My name is Christine Capuano-Groover.*I’ve been a loyal customer of Uber for many years (under my personal email *****@***.com).**I’m not sure how I was signed up for a Ride Pass – I’ve only ever used Uber X and know I have my credit card on file, which already makes me feel uneasy.**It seems this new addition was added to the app and automatically signed me up for it as I had to unsubscribe to the auto-renew.*If you don’t reimburse this charge, I will have the bank do it and never use Uber again.***I have tried both Lyft and Uber and decided despite bad publicity that I never have had a bad experience and as you can see have been using this for years as a go-to ride service, but taking advantage of my account information and signing me up for a new service without my knowledge is not okay.**Please confirm refund or advise if I need to stop payment from my bank.
