My issue is that I place a ride on yesterday evening . once my driver notified me that she was here. I had sent a message back saying I would be right there. I still had time remaining before she was to cancel my ride. Uber gave me a $* credit to my uber account which was applied to my next trip that same evening. My only issue is instead of them giving me a credit I was still charged $* to credit card. I just want my credit card refunded. I am not asking for an exchange of credit for a refund I just want a refund to my bank account. I just don't think I should have been charged $* and given a $* credit to my uber account.
