Hi**My husband booked an Uber yesterday morning and was charged twice for a cancellation fee. My husband booked an uber and advised what time we wanted to be picked up. He was notified that the *ber driver was going to be there in * minute so my husband cancelled it as we were still ** minutes away on a train. This happened twice.**My husband is new to Uber and did not know about the rules of cancellation fee.**Could you please reimburse the two cancellation fees charged? My husband was trying to do the right thing by not inconveniencing the drivers by cancelling due to the drives' looking like they were going to get there earlier than the time my husband stated we needed to be picked up. If you need a copy of the receipts please let me know and I will send you a copy of them.
