I received my credit card statement and there are a few UBER charges that I am not sure who in my company made. I have the dates, the amounts and the card that was charged. I simply want to know who made the charges. It's not that difficult. Any company that charges a credit card can tell you who authorized the charges. I called your Uber customer service, which is in some foreign country, they were clueless and rude. the Supervisor hung up on me. That is not acceptable in my US world. Uber needs to get better responsible customer service reps and supervisors. Preferably ones that can communicate better, and understand the questions being asked. A total waste of my time spent on the phone, probably more than *** half hour. The survey I left reflects my frustration with your customer service.
