Hi, I can't log in to my account. I've sent * msgs. via the Uber app with no help from Uber. My phone number needs updating. The original Uber account was under: *** *** ****. Dolores Monseur **** W. Schantz Ave **. Dayton Oh *****. This account has a credit of approx. **.** that I don't want to lose!! My current phone * is *** *** ****. My name and address are unchanged. The app keeps saying it can't locate my account. I've tried password reset, helpdesk, etc. and sent verification codes and screenshots but still no help. I have been a grateful customer of Uber since I depend heavily on their service. I have severe health issues and cannot drive. Any help you can provide is most appreciated.
