I had booked an Uber around *pm from my account with number **********. The payment was linked with my debit card. The driver named Ekanthagowda, driving a Tata Indica, I don't have the car number right now, did not pick me up, but started the ride and ended it automatically near the destination area. I was not served at all, and this shows as a ride taken by me in the app. I need necessary actions to be taken against such unprofessional actions, else I shall escalate this to higher levels.
