This mail is regarding the last ride which i had booked by uber from mysore satellite bus stand to bangalore international airport . While booking i had chosen the option of online payment . But at the end of the ride the driver asked for cash instead of online payment . Since i had a flight to catch i dint have much time to serch for change of payment of option once the ride was complete . And had to pay cash of rs *** that was displayed on drivers uber account . Once the airport procedures were complete i had to check for the recipt of my latest ride . But couldn't find and hence called up the cab driver and discussed tge issue . He infomed that he would call up the office after ** and discuss tge same issue and inform me back . *But till today i am having same issue . Again today i had a conversation with the uber driver (nagendra). He told that i will have to report this issue myself for the same . *Kindly help me solve this issue so i can start using uber cabs again .*Also please find a solution for these last minute change of payment option .*Attaching the voice clip of telephonic conversation with the uber drive .
