Hi there, my names Shaniya Gibson. Money has left my card yesterday Night and I do not own a uber account and I have not taken an Uber. NatWest Fraud team have told me that the bill was £**.** something and I want you guys to investigate this and refund my money as I have not taken a journey with uber on the **th December. This is very frustrating as this has now delayed my use of my card due to the lack of security checks.
This was especially frustrating as I have plans today regarding using that money which I no longer have access to.
I want a refund of my money and to further investigate who took this journey using my details.
I Expect as a company if someone adds something else’s card details to their Uber Account, there are more security checks.
I tried calling my bank fraud team and I have been directed to Uber Live chat for the refund.
