Help with my Uber issue

Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-arhiras will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Here are some instructions we've written for similar issues- hopefully GetHuman-arhiras can let us know if they help or not.
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-arhiras may need:

Thank you for the support – **.*I have had an Uber account for several years.**.*I wanted to update my account to accept American Express Platinum card credits, Uber Cash**.*I tried to no avail.**.*I called AMEX Platinum tech support and they had me delete my card and add it back in. This lead to a string of problems.**.*We tried to delete the credit card and reinstall. Would not delete and added the card yet again. Each time I tried to delete they came back, I think my AMEX card shows up about * or * times, saying they are deleted so they don’t go away.**.*Uber app still did not communicate with AMEX for credits.**.*Tried to delete my uber account and reinstall. This was attempted more than once, and lead to adding in more than one email address (*****@***.com , and *****@***.com) and passwords . My only mobile phone * ***-***-****.**.*At present I have NO working Uber account and my emails and passwords are blocked.**.*The above sequence of events is my best recollection.

GetHuman-arhiras did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
