First time Uber user here so a little unfamiliar with how to navigate the app. I used the app on my iPhone to schedule a ride. The driver of the first car went to the wrong pick up address. I never saw the car. The driver cancelled my ride and I saw that it had been cancelled on the app. I requested another pick up on the app and took the ride that showed up and completed my trip no problem. After I arrived at my destination I checked my online banking info and noted two charges. I only have two trips showing on the app. I was charged for the cancelled ride full amount as well as the completed trip. The transaction charge at my bank was more than a cancellation fee do I would like a refund of the difference. I have a credit showing of $*.** *n my Uber app but my bank was charged $**.**, a difference of $*.**. I would appreciate a further refund $*.**
