Hello,***I am a regular customer of Uber, I take at least *** rides a month and I am considering no longer using this service as I have noticed that I am being charged cancellation fees every time a driver cancels because he hasn't been able to locate my location. I typically don't mind because I thought I could have the cancellation fee refunded and put forth towards my next trip. I decided to review my bank account to see if this was happening and I found that for all the fees I'd been charged, none of the ones that were supposedly credited to my account had been discounted from future rides. I have proof of this on my phone app and bank account. This is not only dishonest but also fradulent on the part of Uber and the fact that there is no other way for me to contact on this matter asides from email is ridiculous. I refuse to be charged without even being able to have some sort of customer service to be able to deal with these issues. I also have had various recent express pool rides where drivers have been extremely rude and endangering. For example one uber driver refused to drop me off at my location because the stop light was taking too long, another was supremely rude and made me walk to my location because it was an "express pool." I cannot keep using this app when it's clearly a terrible service to begin with and making fradulent charges on my account at this point. I expect uber to address this and refund me the adequate fees as soon as possible.**Thank you,*Andrea Omonte
