My account has been hacked. I uninstalled and reinstalled the rider app. Every time I input my phone number I get a message in Russian- no idea what it says- but I can't move forward with the account set up. The system states that my email address and phone number are already in use. Email: *****@***.com, phone ***-***-****. I'm in the US. I'd appreciate a timely resolution because I feel my data is compromised. Thank you.
