I book the cab on **th November **** at *:** a.m. in the morning I called the driver and he said he'll be there then at * a.m. in the morning driver call me and said you have book the cab right now so I book the cab at * a.m. and he responded to the call at *:** a.m. cancel the cab and I still have to pay the cancellation fee which is unfair Uber charged me ** rupees for that. And I have to pay that mum out because of Uber's fault.
