My name is Erin Burns, and I lost my phone in my Uber driver's phone. I am unable to reach my driver, because I don't have his name, I can not sign in on Uber's website to report my phone missing and can not contact my driver, because the verification code needed is being sent to my phone, which I do not have. I have erased my phone and left a message on the screen with the number to reach me and it is an iPhone *S and I would like to know how to proceed to get my phone back.
