I had signed up MONTHS ago (June at the earliest). In this time, they have not activated me to take rides.*Today, I have received an email that my documents are expired IN SPITE of the fact that less than a week ago I uploaded the new documents.*I don't know or understand what the hold up or problem is, but I'd really like to have this sorted because this is practically the opposite of what Uber advertises for joining up with their services.
GetHuman-shadywol did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
