Hello.*I am a driver for UberEats and require assistance with the vehicle and vehicle insurance section of my account. *On November *, I uploaded the new vehicle insurance document for the **** Toyota Prius, and upon the new vehicle insurance document being accepted, my vehicle changed to the **** Ford Focus. On the new vehicle insurance document I submitted for review, there are two vehicles listed: first, the **** Toyota Prius and then, the **** Ford Focus. Since then I have attempted to fix this issue at least * times but, to no avail. I have received the exact same instructions from Uber support and UberEats support with each instruction worded slightly differently, even with me explaining the issue in detail. The instructions sent to me stated for me to log in to my account, go to the vehicle section of my account, input the information for the vehicle I wish to use, and upload the required documents for the vehicle to become active for use.*Each time I have followed the instructions, the information I put in for the **** Toyota Prius would be overridden with the information for the **** Ford Focus. I have encountered this exact issue last month of October when I was first signing up to be a driver for UberEats. *The issue was rectified, but only with the help of a UberEats support member manually changing the vehicle information from the **** Ford Focus to the **** Toyota Prius and confirming the vehicle insurance document for the **** Toyota Prius through their side. *If possible, please, change the vehicle from the **** Ford Focus to the **** Toyota Prius on your (Uber*UberEats) side as I am unable to change nor put in the correct information. *Thank you and I hope you have a great day.
