I got a cancel today and it wasn't my fault. I got off Bart at Market and Powell in San Francisco and went outside and put in my destination. I got a message I couldn't have a pickup there, so went a block down Market and onto *th. Then I tried again. I got a driver and sent him an email that I was at *th and Market on *th across from Nordstrom. He called and said to reset the pin. I did, to *th and Market. He called back and said I needed to come to Mason and somewhere, but not knowing the area I couldn't, and asked him to pick me up where I had indicated. He called back and said he didn't know where *th and Market was and was going to cancel. This was his issue, not mine. I don't think I should be billed for that cancellation.
