Hello. I received an email from Uber stating that there had been a log-in attempt to my account from an unauthorized device. "Safari" to be specific. We only use iphones - so we ignored. Now, my Uber account has been disabled. An inquiry resulted in the following response from Uber: "Thanks for reaching out. It looks like your device has been flagged for suspicious activity that doesn't comply with our Terms of Use. As a result you'll no longer be able to access the Uber app on this device. We appreciate your understanding." I'm a long time customer with an excellent rating and absolutely no inappropriate behavior or payment issues. This poses an incredible inconvenience to me - it's not clear to any of us how this happened, but we'd love someone to take a closer look at my account history and this unauthorized log-in attempt. If a password re-set would allow for my account to be reinstated I'm happy to do so - I simply need someone to assist with an issue that didn't originate from me and has rendered my Uber account useless. Many thanks.
