I maintained a *.** or better rating, driving people all around a number of communities in and around Boston, MA. I hold a commercial license. I am drug and alcohol free. I know the region like the back of my hand. I understand traffic protocols like few do. I am an expert in customer service. I am reliable, courteous, clean, and thrifty. Back in March, after having submitted to a CORY check, you shut off my app because I had been late in paying a parking ticket in New Hampshire at some point in the past. The issue had long been resolved. The State of New Hampshire had no issue with me. I had all the paper work to support the resolution to this issue. You refused to look at the paper work* would not accept it. You cast me off, for a parking ticket - a parking ticket. Often enough in the news, I hear about convicted *** offenders who are Uber drivers attacking Uber passengers, elderly people being robbed and mistreated by Uber drivers, and more issues. I drive a commercial vehicle in the city of Boston on a near-daily basis, and I see drivers displaying the Uber logo, and many clearly do not know the city, driving the wrong way on many roads, letting passengers out in the center travel lane, riding other motorists' bumpers, turning from the wrong lane, driving too fast, blowing through red lights, cross walks, stop signs, arguing with riders as they get out, have heard many complaints from friends who have used the service, and I could go on and on. You shut off my app for having been late with a parking ticket, and you have the nerve to send me this robot message. You cast off a quality associate. You keep the dregs. then you insult me.
