I live in Philadelphia and visited New York City this past weekend. At **th and *th ave. around *:**pm on Saturday, it took me almost an hour to actually find and get into an Uber, even though I requested and waited for * rides. I requested the rides outside in ** degree weather at the intersection of **th and *th. Once I requested the rides, I would stay there and try to walk to the pickup location indicated on my phone. However, the pickup location indicator (black dot) seemed to move whenever I would walk to the location. My blue dot location just would not line up with the black dot and it was super confusing! It was so hard to find the correct pick up spot that I cancelled * ride and * drivers cancelled rides on me because it took me so long to find the cars. Once, I even found the correct car and opened the door only for the driver to tell me he already cancelled the ride on me. I was hoping to get these * $* fees waved. I am a frequent user of Uber and have never had so much trouble navigating to the pick up location and feel this was due to errors in the Uber app. Thank you.
