Hi,**I am contacting in regard to double payment for one of my trips dated Aug *nd ****, at *:** pm (PDT) from *** *th Street, San Francisco to *** N *st St, San Jose, CA.**I was using my citi bank master card that time with my Uber app.*While the trip ended, I was charged the amount for this trip for $**.** dollars for which $** came back.*Not I am using my discover card with Uber. And the problem is, * days before, when I was trying to book a cab for me to reach home, there came a popup saying that the payment for my trip (mentioned above) is pending, and until I did not pay, I could not book the cab. So, I had to pay $**.** again.**Then I went through all of my statements from earlier citi payment and now discover payment, the money is gone from both of my accounts. And when I contacts the representatives from Uber, everyone is saying something different. Some said technical issue, some said authorized hold but it is no longer with Uber. Some say the payment is received only once and even the Uber app is showing different things. In my mobile it is showing both the payments, in the web it is showing only citi bank payment, but when I open the details to the trip, it is showing discover payment.***I am not sure what is happening at your end, but what I know is, that this is really eating up a lot of my time and I did not get a good response from Uber in this case which disappoints me with uber a lot. I would request you to please see to this case and return the one payment back to me and please please let me know what is going around.**There is no option or I would have attached the screen shots of both of my payments for this trip, the proof of payment from the app, and the variability from Uber showing Citi payment as well as discover.****I request you to please please be helpful. This is not a small amount else I would not have bothered much.*I expect a reply with a good explanation and the refund to my double payment.**Best,*Pranjali Shrivastava
