hello. I'm enrolled in the american express $*** per year with AX platnium and i confirm im with them, they said since june. the issue is they keep having to manually keep me my credit because in the uber app wont allowed me to do it. i did contact uber and they gave me the steps to do it. adding a new card then deleting AX and adding it back, that didnt work. other step was to delete the app and installed it again, i did that twice and it didnt work. when im trying to add or delete a credit or debit card from the app it says theres an issue with my account. the responds i keep getting from uber seemed to be from a machine and not a human, hopefully this works. if theres a place i can go i will go if need be.*thank you
