Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. The issue in GetHuman-saratshu's own words
On Friday November *th I was charged double for a trip that I was greatly not satisfied with. On the way to my drop off spot we encountered a great deal of construction, which is not anyone's fault. I take Uber because I do not know the area and I want to relax for a minute so I am not happy when I have to try and navigate for the driver, especially when I do not have unlimited data on my phone for google maps. The driver was noticeably flustered by the construction, making for a rather unpleasant trip. I ended up getting dropped off at a busy road, I had to cross that is not meant for pedestrians and had to walk over a mile to get to where I needed to be. I am not happy with the fact I was charged double the expected rate for a ride that was unpleasant and didn't drop me off anywhere near where I was supposed to be in an area I am less than familiar with. I am emailing because I don't think I should have been charged twice the expected amount for that trip for a situation outside of my control.

GetHuman-saratshu did not yet indicate what Uber should do to make this right.
