Whenever I try to use UberEats (or Uber) it says that there is a problem related to a bank charge. The amount is $*. Apparently, I took a trip on October ** for $*.**. Maybe a day later I rated the trip and added a $* tip. During that day, my credit card was discontinued because it was hacked. I have * other cards now on my Uber account, all active. For two weeks, I have been begging Uber Support via email to charge the $* to one of my other accounts, preferably the one ending in ****. But they keep saying its a problem that Engineering is working on. I'm totally exasperated at not being able to get this fixed. Thanks for any help you can provide. My phone number is ***-***-****.
