On November * I took an Uber from *** W. ** street Bayonne New Jersey to *** Jersey Garden boulevard Elizabeth, NJ . I often take this route and usually pay somewhere around $** are so sometimes. A couple dollars more sometimes a couple of dollars less you can search my history to confirm on this particular day my upfront charge was about eight dollars after reviewing my Uber rides several days later I noticed they had charge me $** That’s not what the up front charge I selected sad and you can see on the way back but I also paid eight dollars and change same location I find it very disappointing that I should trust you guys with my credit information and now I feel betrayed by the experience of the $** charge I have never in all my years of taking over spent $** on a ride that’s just something I don’t to I often take Uber‘s throughout the week for many years this is the first time I’ve had an experience like this outside of a surcharge in the past from a driver who took the longest way to get to the short Destiination I will stay over corrected it immediately and I decided to use Uber again but now this is just unacceptable I shouldn’t have to worry about what you guys are going to charge me after I agreed on the same price not sure if I can trust you with my credit card information not sure if I should continue with Uber please look into this as soon as possible and credit my account the balance .
