Hi, lve been with uber for * years now. Unable to retrieve a car , due to a balance of $ *.** outstanding from previous ride. This has never happened to me , please get back to me with a answer. Also tryed to insert same credit card number claims it needs another credit card. *Checked my credit card nothing wrong at my end .*Why wouldn't the charge go in all together from previous ride. Let me know your findings.
