We don’t use your app very often but when we needed it seems it it’s more confusing than never.*I needed the car for my wife this morning to go to Los Angeles international Airport she needed to leave by *:** AM in the morning, after attempting to use your app for more than ** minutes and her and full panic mode we were finally able to get a car.*You need to work on your app to make it easier for people that don’t use it that often and you should be able to pick the car And driver of your choice instead of just picking from one canceling the trip and then picking another.
