Dear Sir*Madam,**Ref Email from Uber dated on Oct **th ****.**My Uber app was barred with a complaint that *I had misbehaved with a customer. I have been in a shock the date I saw the message and my app got deactivated. I also visited the local Uber office to discuss about this and I was informed that only Uber head office makes decisions. **I completely deny the the complaint and I like to explain that I am a Uber driver well aware of Uber code of conducts and strictly follow the same. I always maintain a practice of safe and pleasant trip for both for myself and riders while in Uber.**I was a full time Uber Driver since April *th ****.and never worked for other ride share companies. I was supporting my family only from Uber Income. I have two little children to take care and I am now stranded and helpless since my app was barred. **I kindly request Uber to please re activate my app again to start working with Uber and meantime, I assure Uber that I will continue to practice the code of conducts stipulated by Uber. **I pray that I will see a positive response from Uber.**Thanking You
