Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-janedmcg will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Schedule a FUTURE ride. ... I was trying to order a FUTURE Uber pickup but never got an option to set a FUTURE date - so it went thru accidentally as an immediate pickup. When the driver contacted me I immediately told them it was a mistake and not to come. I was charged a $*.** cancellation fee which I do not think is right and I want Uber to refund that $*.**.
I was never given an option to set a future date -- instead it just became an "immediate" request which I did not want and had to cancel (which I did BEFORE any driver came to the location). But I was charged a $*.** cancellation fee which I dispute and want refunded.
Refunding the $*.** cancellation fee.*If it is not refunded - this will be the last time I ever use Uber.
