Hello,*I was traveling in Portugal and landed at the airport. I pulled up the Uber app and saw that for the Uber Black it was showing to be less expensive than the reuglar Uber. So I refreshed the app and my phone and retried the same destination. The same thing popped up (less expensive to take the Uber black). I thought this was odd even though it came up again. Just to be safe I messaged the driver and said is it correct that this ride is only $**-$** US dollars. The driver responded saying yes with a thumbs up emoji. So, I went ahead with the ride. Well, I later checked my bank account statement only to find out I was charger $***.**. Needless to say I was not very happy to see this. I would NOT have taken that ride. Being a young woman on a travel budget I travel very smart as I travel for months at a time and need to keep my budget low. I am disappointed in Uber for having a mishap in the system and showing the wrong price multiple times even after the app being refreshed, and then later charging more then I agreed to. I tried looking up a phone number to call but there is no Uber customer support number. Please get back to me ASAP. I really appreciate the help. Thank you.
