Yesterday*Oct. ** I scheduled a trip for *:** am for today*Oct. ** from the house in Fredericksburg, TX where I was staying to the San Antonio TX airport. I was notified early this morning to be ready for a *:**-*:** pickup time. I waited until *:** and no driver ever came. Your app allowed me to schedule yet another ride but that one also did not come. I had to call then wait for a taxi, then had to reschedule my flight because I knew I had missed the original one. It is not okay that you can mess up someone's day with false assurances of a ride. I will be taking Lyft in the future.
