i left my phone behind in a uber this morning, I contact the driver to return the phone, the driver state he will the phone by *:** PM. AT about *:** PM i contact the driver, the driver refuse to bring me my phone and was being very rude. Driver will will not give me a location to get my phone. If i do not get my phone back by *:** Pm I will contact police, create a police report, about my stolen phone and the refusing to give it back.
