uber wrong they took $** from my account and refuses to return it. I left something in the car. The reason is because the driver refused to let me check to make sure I did not leave something in the car. She started grabbing my things and putting them out of the car, and I was forced to jump out of the car in order to make sure all of my things were there. When I wanted to check to make sure I had taken everything, she said no and drove off.**I've had five rounds of back-and-forth with Uber. They say their standards are that they can't return the money. That's ridiculous. They were wrong to take it in the first place.**This was clearly the drivers fault. I had to stand there waiting for the driver to come back, when I finally was able to contact them. The driver told me she literally was around the corner. Since she was around the corner, and since she refused to let me check that I had everything, it is obviously not my fault. Yet Uber took $** and refuses to return it.**They agreed to return five dollars. It's not fair for them to keep the other $**. And it's not fair to keep making me send emails over and over and over. I hope you can help.
