I've been waiting for * hours for somebody to tell me what's going on with my account why I cannot select the trip when I have over $** on my account and it keeps telling me that my profile payment method is invalid to change another payment method and I have money on my account someone responded ** minutes ago ask me to upload pictures of the error and I did and no one still haven't contacted me yet so I would like to speak to a supervisor please I'm * hours late for a meeting
