I had scheduled a *:** a.m. pickup the night before and around *:** a.m. I got a call that they are canceling me due to being too far away. This issue has now happened to me twice and I am a fairly new rider. I have * days that I need to be at work at * a.m. You have NO idea how this inconveniences me to now scramble for a ride this early in the morning. Your drivers are rude and don't seem to care about my situation. I so thought this was going to be a good experience but so far NOT SO!!!! Any solutions to this problem? I'm paying $**-$** for a * mile trip that is only minutes away. TOO bad the buses do't run that hour for I have NEVER experienced a problem with them!!!! You guys talk yourself up SO much only to be let down!!!!
