I had booked UBER cab on **th Oct-**** at **:** a.m. at C* Hauz Khas, New Delhi, near Sarada Math. I called the driver . He said he will be reaching within **'. As he did not reach, I was trying to call, I got a cancellation message at **:** a.m. and the driver's phone became unreachable. Without calling me, he cancelled the trip and a cancellation charge of INR ** was added in my next booking. When the driver could be reached later, he told that he had reached and waited and as I did not turn up, he cancelled. This is a blatant lie. He never bothered to check with me by calling before he cancelled. When I had asked him why he did not call and check, he simply hung up. Please take action against this errand driver. Also reverse the cancellation charge of INR ** imposed on me. I hope you will treat this as a serious offence by the driver.
