My husband is a first time user of your service and he was nervous about getting to an important appointment by himself so we scheduled an Uber the night before. I was stuck in a big meeting and the Uber never arrived. He had to call a new one @*:** when he had been scheduled to leave no later than *:**. As a result he was late for his appointment and my meeting was disrupted. The hour became very difficult and hectic and were not sure if we will ever feel comfy to use your service again. We would like a refund on his ride for the trouble
