At *:** a.m. I ordered a ride to work. My address is **** forest Lane Dallas TX ***** and I was going to **** Cypress Waters Blvd Dallas, TX *****.*Since I stay at Intown Suites I always wait in my door so that I can see the driver come up, my driver though went to What-A-Burger. Where he turned around and picked up someone else. I texted him and told him I was at intown suites and what room number ***. He said ok. I waited then called him thru your app and he said oh I picked someone else up when I drop them off I'll be there. I asked him if he could send another driver. It was *:** by then and I knew if I wasn't on highway *** by then it was going to be congested. Finally he came around and when I got into the car he said that a man with a hoodie answered when he asked if he was Twanda. (Really) Then he proceeded to drive ** to ** mph down the highway . Yes it was raining but cars were passing us like crazy. I arrived at work and since I was late I was rushing to get my rolling carrier and get inside. So I accidentally left my phone in the car. :( I got to my floor signed into my computer and called my phone. It went to voicemail. So I tried again, and he answered and said hello. I informed him that I left my phone in your car.........he said OK , I'll bring it back. ** minutes later he rolls up with my phone.*This was only my *th ride with Uber. And trust me, it will definitely be my last. I work in a Corporate environment in a lock-down facility and being late racked points up against me. I have told this harrowing story to several floors of coworkers and many watched me waiting downstairs for my property to be returned this morning, in the rain. *My driver's name was Kim and he drives a white Honda Pilot.**And to top it off you charged me $**.** for my ride that I agreed to pay $**.** for when I ordered.**I DO NOT AGREE WITH THIS CHARGE!!**Respectfully*Twanda Jacobs

Just kept posting my experience everywhere I could. Until they gave me the overcharged amount back.
