On October **th we took an Uber from our home to LAX. The driver was Avetik and he drove a Toyota Prius *EZJ***. My husband left his black iphone in the car. We notified Uber within minutes. They called back with a call from TX but the call could not be answered. This happened several times. I also gave Uber my sons phone number since we were leaving the country. No answer from Uber or the driver. No phone numbers to reach a live person. We are having the Uber charges reversed and writing a horrible review. We are done with Uber and will use Lift from now on. There is absolutely no reason for your lack of correspondence except that you really dont care. The pictures on the phone are irreplaceable. We were willing to pay the Uber driver as well as Uber for retrieing the phone. The driver is going to get a bad review as well.
