I tried using the “in app” feature to report a billing discrepancy* however after providing proof that the issue is still unresolved I received a reply back that made no sense and the representative refused to refund me the difference that I was charged. I screenshot that the drop off in the app wasn’t my actual drop off location, and he still refused to refund me my money. The lady didn’t end the ride until she got to another location* which doubled my cost. It’s absurd that they’re charging me for an issue they should resolve with they’re driver not me the customer. I gave them proof yet they will not refund me my money. At this point I would like to be reimbursed for the entire trip. Now that I stressed the issue, the representative stopped all communication with via email. How else can I escalate this issue to get a competent response?
