Complaint received by Seattle Police Dept. in regards to Washington State Vehicle plate BLC****. Uber driver standing*parked blocking Bus Only Zone refused to move, even when bus driver honked *x to get the veh to move. No passengers were loading or unloading. Located at **** *rd Ave in Seattle at **:** pm on **-**-**. Photo provided by complainant. Buses require full curb access to offload disabled and fragile passengers.
