Instead, GetHuman-reginema will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Brent, conducteur de Hyundai Sonata CFL**** ne s'est pas pr*sent* mais * *h ** le syst*me informatique de UBER a marqu* que je suis arriv*e * d*tsination alors que j'*tais toujours en train d'attendre le chauffeur et m'a demand* de coter le chauffeur que j'ai mal cot* par ce qu'il s'est pas pr*sent* C'*tait une course *stim*e * ** dollars . le syst*me m'a pris *,** dollars alors que c'est moi qui ai *te prejudici*e puisque je suis arriv*e en ****** au travail et perdu les minutes non travaill*es. Ne voyant pas le chauffeur, j'ai tent* de command* un autre taxi uber sans succ*s, ce n'est qu'apr*s que le syst*me m"ait fait savoir que j'*tais arriv*e * d*stination que j'ai command* qui m'a dit que **a allait prendre ** minutes avant que le chauffeur arrive, je l'ai annul* aussit*t et j'ai command* un autre taxi uber qui a pris * minutes avant d'arriver. Ce n'est pas la premiere fois que cela. le ** ao*t ****, le cahuffeyr de la nissan versa DKD** annul* la course, le syst*me m'a charg*e * dollar sur la m*me carte de credit alors que c'est moi qui ai *t* pr*judici*e et ai attendu longtemps avant d'avoir un autre taxi UBER. *a commence * poser un probl*me de cr*dibilit* de UBER. Si votre syst*me peut pr*lever des montants comme il veut dans ma carte de cr*dit, *a n'inspire plus confiance.*J"exige qu'on me rembourse l'argent factur* alors qque le service n'a pas *t* fourni*Merci de votre consid*ration*R*gine Mawanda***********
