Uber doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-chrisnpe will need to dig through the advice provided by Uber, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. They were a few issues I had with my ride today. I will list to make it as easy as possible for your review. I'm very unhappy with what I experienced. Please review, I would prefer a refund and not a $* credit to a next ride. I feel Uber has declined in customer service. My driver was very unprofessional due to the following: *. He was on a call (via speakerphone) speaking loudly throughout the entire ride. *. Did not greet me professionally - Instead, he said "I'm on a call" *. He spat outside the car window twice *. It seemed like I was interrupting him on his call when I told him where to drop me off. He seemed bothered me talking. FYI - He did not take * mins to arrive as stated in the app - I called him to ask where he was, he said "give me a minute" - He wasn't moving for a long time (as seen on the app) - there wasn't any traffic . When he finally arrived he did not say anything just continued with his conversation. Uber, please review, this is not acceptable at all. Thank you
