The issue in GetHuman-lelymoua's own words
Hi Uber, please in ******** at night I oder for Uber at MacDonald's Cleverton to Evans trail. I wait for * minutes and I always track Uber's drivers but I was chock when I saw the driver turn without coming to my pick up point he was driving a Toyota Highlander black color. Then Uber send me another driver without my permission and the waiting time was * minutes again . Not only that I was late for where I was going, I was very disappointed because I saw the first driver came close to MacDonald's and go I call he didn't pick up my call. I was not having another * minutes to wait for the second driver that was too much for me . I am surprised to see that Uber charge me the cancellation fee and the $*.** for the trip. Please refund my money back this seems like a junk you didn't provide any service and you are taking my money? Please I want my money to be refunded. I can't pay for what I did not receive any service. Thanks for understanding.
