When we finally found him, he said he had gone to the wrong address. Then he asked for our destination which was in the request. Instead of heading downtown on *th Avenueand then crossing to the West side, he went all the way uptown to **th Street, crossed Central park , and finally got us to our destination at least ** minutes later than he should have. Other than his apology for waiting at the wrong **d street address down the block and across the street, he asked us again for our destination and re-entered it into his computer. I have no previous complaints with Uber, but if NYC has it own set of rules, they should be reflected in the specific price quote provided. All of this is in your records and email.
